Pepes Piri Piri

Stain on pepes brand name , worst staff ever and arrogance at its peak for no reason. Offering free fries for leaving positive review but not willing to offer better service .

Ordered 46 pounds food, lady behind counter, ( most arrogant staff ever seen) argued for just one dip of sauce as was given none, chicken was dried so asked to add more sauce she made such a face which made me to leave this comment, i told her other pepes donot serve this way and she replied simple your choice go else where . plz go to this place if doctor has prescribed you pepes food as medicine . Had food from luton pepes brilliant place and brilliant service though it cost me extra for fuel from mk but i would say still worth it,

I purchases grilled chicken meal for 36 today for my kids and had to throw it away right away . It was not even worrh looking at let alone eating. Terrible food quality thats all i can say.

Six of us are suffering from food poisoning we ordered mega platter and four XL burgers. The burgers were fine as those people didnt get sick but the mega platter which we ordered 1xHot Chicken and 1 x medium caused food poisoning. This was the worst experience. I will be calling you tomorrow and will provide the receipt etc for compensation/refund. Kids health are being affected here and Envirnomental / food agencies will also be taking part in order to rectify this matter.
