Awful customer service wont return phone calls. Broken ipad was repaired sent back then broke again claimed the 1st one was a new one when had said it was a repair. Blamed plug sockets on the damage and will not refund or replace. Got 2 ipads from them the other one works fine charged in the same house with same plug sockets. Terrible company seeking legal advice.

Absolutely shocking of a company bought a iPad , which broke 7 weeks later ,, iPad was meant to be guaranteed for 12 month which didnt make a difference,, avoid at tall costs unless you want to be ripped off

Absolutely shocking customer service, paid for an i pad as a Christmas present through wowcher which gave me access to a tablet from this company, paid an additional 9.99 for delivery on the 10th of December, it was estimated the product would be there on the 17th, when it didn't arrive I tried to call the contact number several times to no response and emailed every day to enquire but was only asked for my order number and full name and had no response, to then be told that they guarantee my order would be delivered before Christmas and there would be no delay, what a relief! if only it was true the next day I received an email asking for my order number and full name again, which had me extremely confused as it was the 23rd of December, after contacting wowcher on several occasions inc tablet denied that my order existed and then 3 minutes later decided they had found the order but only from the 23rd, despicable customer service practically impossible to get a hold off so unprofessional I have no idea how you have so many good reviews, nearly 200 pounds spent 2 weeks ago for a Christmas present and you can't even get that right, the number 1 retailer for refurbished apple products you're definitely no 1 at letting down me as customer at the most important part of the year. So here I am running late to work to acquire the product inctablet told me would be here, then decided it wouldn't then decided it would then decided it wouldn't what an absolute joke
