On the 27/11/22 I charged at a BP Pulse charger (Colchester SF Connect) ID: BPU0007. The BP Pulse app would not work with the charger, which was annoying, as I had topped-up my credit moments before. So this meant I had to pay by card. I knew that I would have to request a VAT receipt later. I have been dealing with a Customer Care Advisor and yet 16 days later I do not know where I stand. If this matter is not dealt with within the next 48hrs, I will be contacting the Financial Ombudsman Service.
