Do not use this company to supply you with a cash machine search google there are better and bigger companies that do a much much better job this is a small company that does not really care about their customers they dont service their machines and customers always complain on many occasions at my shop we have ended up in an argument and police had to be called all because of the issues with this company and stealing peoples money using the ATMs they supply. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

I have a your cash ATM in my store, your cash rolled me onto another 5 year contract and the 2 days later put a charge on each withdrawal, your cash did not have the decency to notify me of a charge or any warning of me being rolled into another 5 year contract, because of your cash indecent and dishonest ways of handling my contract, my monthly transactions came down from 1800 per month to below 500 per mount and one can imagine how much business I lost Because of this, I have tried talking to them directly, I got my MP involved but your cash are so shameless, that they will stick to their initial contact. Absolutely disgusting company, would never recommend it to anyone.

Would give zero stars if possible. Needed to urgently withdraw money in order to prove to my locked bank I still had my card. Was charged 37 euros in fees on a 200 withdrawal. Absolutely disgusting that this is legal. Will be petitioning my local shop to remove this atm immediately. Hate to think how someone struggling for money would feel if this happened to them.

Would have given 0 stars is possible. Avoid this company at all cost for your ATM supplier better to go with Paypoint or NoteMachine. From first day they installed their machine at my store it had issues with the dispenser. It took nearly a week for them to get it working but not fixed nearly a year down the line they have sent countless engineers and change unnecessary parts which did not fix the problem one day it was working then 2 days out of service and sometimes when it worked it did not dispense any cash and customers would start to complain to us that they have been charged and the atm did not dispense the cash. Last time i called them the operator wanted to go through some resetting of the machine as before which would take anything from 30 minutes to an hour on the phone and in front of the atm i declined his offer and wrote an email to head office explaining the issue and i would like everything in writing from now on and to cancel whatever contract i have with them or i will take them to court and ask for compensation i gave them 2 months notice to sort it out. After a few days i have received the termination notice. So i got rid of them and would go to paypoint.
