If you want better customer service and 100% transparency with your bill and energy usage.. Please DO NOT USE E.ON because they do not provide this. Don't doubt that if they can, they will: - Accrue extra energy usage quietly on top of your normal tariff. - on your departure, charge you for your last month+a lump sum of your arrears+ a service charge for leaving, (even though your tariff plan said you would not be charged for leaving) after a month of no longer being a customer . A real shame, because we had been customers of them for several years so we expected at least to be treated with some human empathy.

The worst customer service I have ever experienced. They are sending us threating letters but they are not sending us the updated bills. The bill which we have paid them through internet banking but it has not been updated in one month also in their systems and now when we have switched to another energy solution , they are not allowing us to clear the bill and not answering online chats. App is unavailable all the time and even on website chats are not working. Email reply is also delay from their end. Poorest service.

The worse electricity provider ever, with the poorest customer service I have ever experienced. Each time I called with basically same inquiry I got a different answer. I got constantly told I use too much energy hence my bills are so high yet strangely enough I've been with a different company for few months now and I've been playing less than half while using electricity same ways. Just stay away from them it will only cause you unnecessary trouble.
