The gardens are nice to explore & walk around and there is the sensory garden now which is nice to have a sit down and look at the flowers.
Shame about all of the dog poo left around on the grass around the old abbey by irresponsible dog owners. This is why I haven't given more stars.

They have a lot of school groups visit them for history days (stone-age, Roman, Anglo-Saxon, Medieval, Tudor etc.) Where history is really brought to life in a fun and interactive way for the children.
They also receive a lot of foreign visitors who want to learn about the planning principles behind Milton Keynes.
As well as education they are also based in the beautiful grounds of Bradwell Abbey, a former Benedictine priory that was converted into a farmstead around the time of the dissolution. Most of the priory is now gone except for a pilgrims chapel and a few of the working buildings. One of which is called the Cruck Barn. This space is hired out as a venue and is very popular for weddings and parties.
