I moved into a new house and got my keys cut here. A young lad didn't seem to sure he knew what he was doing but I trusted him. I tried the keys and they did not work. I went back to the store to change them for a second time and they did not work again. I then had my lock mechanism break on my door due to the incorrectly cut keys. This cost me 500 to get a locksmith to get into my property and change the lock. So I had to drive back to the store for a third time and get a refund which I got with little trouble however I am now 500 out of pocket due to the incompetent staff who just smiled while I explained my troubles.
Dont go here for key cutting, go Timpsons or someone else!
