Have used this company for a number of years now, I have never received a bad service. Clothes are washed well, smells fresh and ironed to a high level. They also catered to a specific requests I previously had. Thankyou

Quite shocked and disappointed with the result of the dry cleaning I got from ironing4u costing approx 40. First time using the company and I sent through 3 dresses and a 3/4 length jacket. When I received them back they absolutely reeked, smelling worse than when I took them in. Two dresses still had stains on them and one dress had become slightly disfigured with bubble-like patterns on the material around the bust. As you can imagine they are unwearable in this state I really questioned whether they had been cleaned. For me its the principle - the woman who dealt with me could have had a conversation with me about the state of the clothes but she said nothing as though everything was perfectly fine despite the smell being obvious - unprofessional in my mind and signs of poor quality control. Again, Im utterly disappointed and would not recommend using Ironing4u. I will not be going back.
