        Sam (was) always - on time - friendly and approachable - understood my needs and identified weak points - came up with alternative methods when I wasnt able to grasp the first idea She also helped me swap my terrible (for me) test date for the perfect one, amidst DVLA strikes nonetheless. Thanks again, Sam, I wouldnt have passed without you!
