Disappointing service I have been let down by Louise a number of times now! She makes out she is going to reschedule an appointment and leave you hanging on and wasting time, waiting with false hope. There is a real lack of communication and commit. A 2nd scan was part of the package we never received. It's very rude and unprofessional to keep clients waiting for you to turn up and respond. The clinic/salon is over 20 miles drive each way. At our first appointment for ovulation testing she was an hour late and brought her child with her to the clinic, the clinic/salon smelt cold uninviting and doggy but I over looked that. Our 2nd appointment was all of 5 minutes and felt she was in a hurry to be else where. Louise said she wanted to see me again for a 2nd scan which we arranged. I drove again a long way for a heavily pregnant dog for her not to show up, there was no answers , call backs, texts or messages. I tried a number of time before giving up. Then there was a plausible dramatic excuse. I gave Louise the benefit of the doubt to make up for let us down but she has continued to fail us by more time wasting and stringing us a long with false hope. This is not the best approach at running a business. We would like a partial refund to make a unhappy customer happy but I doubt that would happen. We will go to some one more professional now.

Helped me so much when I ran out of ideas for my new born pup and trouble with feeding. Any question Ive had Ive got a answer for any text I got an answer anything I possibly needed I got a answer and I could appreciate it more!!! Thankyou sooo much
