Says they open at 8am but is bloody impossible to call or ever get an appointment when no one answers the phone you may as well be dead trying to get through to these doctors sometimes

Called and cant get an appointment told to go online and request it.. but online says can't take your request.. asked lady on phone has my request come through she says no. Asked can you book my appointment then she said no go online.. what a joke

I didn't even want to award them one star, they are an absolutely useless practice, you can never get the medication you need from them when you need it regardless of your situation. I must admit that the doctors are fine but the rest of the staff are a waste of space.

I am very disappointed to read that some folk think the receptionists are rubbish. I have a been a patient for more than 40 years. All I have ever received is kindness and help. Perhaps it depends on how you treat them, remember you are asking them to help you, and most of the time they do their best, under the circumstances. Have you tried using "Footfall" , you can send a message and you will receive a reply, or a phonecall within 2 days.

Hi the last thing you want to do at any point is deal with these people . Especially when you have had a accident and can't work. Move out the area or you have no chance. They hung up on me intentionally after 2 rings on a call back after not being able to get there. Shameful.
