        Just turned up for my appointment at 10 to 4pm. Just been told its 10 to 5pm!!! Great no fun being I'll and having yo wait another hour !!! They always mess up my appointment s and prescriptions!!!!

        Takes ages to get an appointment. Phone rings off the hook and sometimes never answered. Inefficient, take ages to see you and often different doctors each time.
