Utterly terrible workplace I had to lift heavy pallets from a truck weighing 750kg pallets to customers doors. After done first run I had to return to their dusty dirty yard to do another run with 750 kg pallets plus do some collections on way back. My arms were stretched and back pain. Electric pump truck is for full time driver agencies they are slavers for them. Awful experience and nightmare. Avoid them if you respect yourself.

Incredibly rude man was supposed to deliver today. He refused to place the delivery 1 foot the other side of my wall and instead insisted due to insurance he must leave it on the public highway. The irony being it would actually create more of hazard by leaving it to block a public footpath and leaving it to be damaged by passers by. When I dared to ask what part of the insurance was exactly the issue he stormed off in a huff, got in his truck where he sat for 20 mins before driving off with my goods.
