Total failure to own their own mistakes. They booked a time slot one day, I took a days leave to be there and then the cancel a week before they are about to show.
My washing machine has been out for a month now and the laundry costs are huge.
They blame the insurance firm. But the parts they said were in, have been allocated somewhere else.
