I have a very positive opinion about this nursery/pre-school. My todler and baby both attend there and I coudn't trust more. They adapted very easily to the place and all the staff and really enjoy being there. We also are very happy with all the efforts the staff put on the adaptation of the older one as she didn't speak any english (just our native language). A few months after this is not even an issue as she is dealing with the second language very well and in a natural way.

If I could give a 0* I would! I removed my children from this childcare setting now. When they first started it was great my oldest was developing and striding and my youngest was out going and independent. 6 months in from starting my youngest there and the problems start. Accidents nobody was awear of or even know it had happened. To the extent of a broken nose! Bruises when unexspland. Bulling was over looked (my olsest was being jumped on by a class mate hit and kicked, in front of my eyes, yet it took me to shout for them to play attention.) My youngest son has food allergies and the nursery was made awear of these as soon as they was narrowed down, yet because I did not give a letter stating this he was feed the food which gave him sickness and diarrhoea with breathing problems, then they refused to take him in because of it. Once I had the letter from his doctor saying he is not to be feed these foods and I filled out loads of forms for them, they stopped u till the dreaded day he was made to eat not only one but two of the foods he was allergic to. Once they had realised what had happened he had already had around 8 spoon fulls (amount he was feed changed with each meeting) I was not informed straight away! They had called other members of staff to find out what to do. Once I was informed and by the time I had got there he had already started to show signs of a reaction. I was poorly given an apology and told the staff member that had done this will still be around my child. The excuse I was given was she was distracted by other duties.(before this they was awear he had two separate stays in hospital because of reacting to alliges, these is where he was diagnosed) So now we fast forward to accident forms after accident forms for both my children. Most days I was handed one! Forms for normal incidents and forms for ones that could of been avoided namely my children being hurt by other class mates but no one to say for sure who done it (even my 18 month old at the time) was stabbed in the back with a pencil and dragged across his back, depply scratched across the face. My four year old at the time being hit continuously on the back with toys or books or stationery, with him covered in Marks cuts and bruises... Yet again nobody there to witness this. There was only two people who worked in the setting who could tell me what happened and who did it and how they helped my children. Shamefully there was not there all the time and if they was they had to much of a work load to complete and not enough hands. I am relived I have found them new placements and so happy they have now left. I would urge anyone to stay away from this childcare, kidsplay Wolverton has been nothing but a head ache and tears. Having to try and explain to your children that there new place will be a nicer place and they will be safe is something I never thought I would have to do. I could go on and on about how this place has made me a grown woman panic about leaving my children in others care and how much it has impacted my sons but it would be never ending. I urge anyone thinking about using this place not to and keep looking.
