Utterly Rude receptionist in need of communication skills. Witnessed many times by me in reception and finally she cancelled my appt saying dentist didn't want to see me after failed an appt last Yr. Receptionist said dentist would decide if I needed a filling, I confirmed my notes proved I did as dentist had secured a temporary one before Xmas as I was in and out of hosp. Receptionist didn't like being put right I said well done You and thanked her for me 12th May 8:50 a.m. appt. Clearly she takes it personally and phoned me back with a disgracefulrude attitude. Wish she was a bloke, maybe she is. Disgusting as I was having scans for Myeloma and bone marrow.

A nervous patient, the female dentist listened to me and calmed my nerves. Had a tooth extracted and painless. Can't praise the dentist highly enough

Best dentist I've ever had. I'm a nightmare, nervous patient. All the staff were wonderful, including the receptionist who hugged me when I came out of the room (was greatly appreciated). I had a back tooth out today and he was brilliant. I can honestly say I didn't feel a thing. Talked me through everything. I just hope he never leaves or I'm back to square one.

Terrible, Ruined my teeth and I had to get them taken out by the hospital because of this dental practice! Do not recommend
