My daughter is being looked after by some lovely people. All make her feel very relaxed - she's excited to see the end result!

Overall I would say they were very good with Luke and got his teeth sorted quite quickly. However, on occasions their communication let them down. I've never been through the braces process before and it would have been good if we could have been give a plan as to how the process worked from start to finish. If you are also new to this ask lots of questions, like how often you will see the actual orthodontist, how often are appointments, what happens when you get towards the end of the treatment.
