If I could mark this review ZERO I would my watch went back for repair 10 months after having it, as it was supposed to be waterproof to 5atm when I wore it in the shower it steamed up. So it went back to be repaired under warranty. After picking the watch up and getting home I tried to set the time and date this is where the fun began. The winder came completely out. After putting it back and tightening it up, it would not move the fingers to set the time, or to set the date. The stopwatch hand when reset did not return to 12, but to 4, and the second hand didn't work. It came back with more faults than it went in with. Not only that it had work done on it that wasn't needed Chronograph Movement. Perfectly OK repaired. why? Crown. Perfectly OK repaired why?as it is now not working. Case Perfectly OK. Repaired why . Terrible service

I have just received my first fossil watch, I say first because it's not going to be my last. I'm knocked out by the Watch (BQ2492) it's truly beautiful, I saw it on Pinterest matched against a very expensive watch and thought my one looked better, and in the flesh it's beautiful. I must commened you on the stylish packaging and design, well thought out and made the experience even better. Thank you for a lovely day.
