They were contacted in early June to help resolve a 'glitch/bug' on Microsoft excel.
They tried for the first couple of weeks to set up teams meetings or to remotely access the PC. I had to keep changing my work schedule to fit them in and work around them.
But always cancelled last minute every time and the last few times failed to even let us know they had cancelled. Just let us waiting. Waste of time.
Still currently chasing them up and the issue is still unresolved.
They have stopped answering emails at this point.
