        I went to return an item via Hermes . The printer was blocked, I asked for help from cashier. I can't believe how rude he was, first he ignored me completely , then he slammed the hermes machine shut after unjamming it and stormed off back to the till . Should not offer a service if you don't want to do it happily. Needless to say I left and went to Best one food & wine , Bletchely. Very pleasant gentleman , Very helpful and all with a smile .

        First time performing a Hermes return, woman behind the till was incredibly rude, condescending and didnt want to help. She handed me a bag for my item and then barked at me to package it, when I apologised for not doing it straight away and said the instructions said a member of staff would package at for me she just impatiently stated I dont work for them. So why offer the service at all if you dont want to do it? Unbelievable, I recently moved to the area and this is the closest shop to my house but I wont be coming back here.
