        Fantastic service, which we as a local authority cannot express our gratitude enough for. The assistance and service provided is exemplary and the savings from erenous bills, decommissioned meters and duplicated bills has not only saved us money but also eased the operations and saved on resources. I highly recommend TEAM and i look forward to continuing our working relationship for the foreseeable future. The employees are very punctual and a please to work in partnership with.

        I have worked with TEAM for several years now and I really cant fault them. Their whole team are so helpful and we have built up a great relationship. Their Sigma Support Team are fantastic, they are very knowledgeable about their system and work with you to resolve your query. There has been no problem that they havent been able to sort for me. Their online Help Centre is very in depth and they have been providing excellent free training sessions for the last few months during the Covid-19 pandemic. We upgraded to their Hosted service last year and it has been a revelation! It has made my job so much easier. Overall, I would really recommend TEAM and I look forward to working with them for many more years.

        Extremely bad customer support and clunky 90's software interface. They don't even provide a demo. Once they sell the software and services they don't care. Extremely unprofessional people.
