    My Alienware had a BIOS update failure and was completely dead in the water. The team at Proactive IT, took the laptop and managed to fix the erased BIOS and bring the laptop back to life. They constantly comunicated on progress and the laptop was returned well packaged. Thank you very much !!! Highly recommended.

    Pleased with the company; easy to arrange a date/time for computer to be serviced; prompt and efficient staff who explained clearly what they would be doing; service completed on time and were willing to stay open for me to collect after work. Very satisfied with work done. I do recommend this firm to others. I also like the fact that they do not patronise those of us who are not IT experts!

    Last week we called into Proactive I.T. Support Services as we could not get an internet connection or emails on our iPad or mobile phone. Our email address was not recognised by the system, and our internet connection was down. Our I.T. skills are 'basic-minus'. Without the use of our iPad and mobile phone, our communication world was shut off and causing us problems. We are pensioners and sometimes we can feel quite vulnerable, therefore our I.T. equipment is essential to us. We asked Peter Ravi for help, and although he was busy, he spared the time to listen to our garbled explanation of our situation, and proceeded to check our equipment. In less than half an hour, he had sorted out our problem and set up a fresh account for us. We had used this service before, and had been helped, and would recommend it to anyone needing I.T. assistance. Colin Wood
