We got served by a chap called Logan earlier today whilst using the drive through. Worst customer service weve ever had at Starbuckss. Didnt say hello, thank you, bye. Nothing. Its almost as if he was trying to make a point of being rude and not caring on purpose. Poor.

Good sized branch stands alone within a retail park offers everything Starbucks does across all purchasing options. Despite this it always seems popular and if really busy things go into meltdown leaving you waiting a while if you walk in. Tip-use the app and order ahead

I dont understand how there could be a 20 minute wait on instore order for a standard beverage order. Which 10 people in store and out if this number of staff there about 3 to 4 people are are actually doing nothing but watching other staff member work and serve. And the best part of it is that they dont even get a basic order correct which makes you think senior staff arent training the junior staff correctly.
