        This is the worst kind of franchise Starbucks - you cant even pay with money loaded in the app, let alone redeem rewards. Not being able to use Starbucks cash in Starbucks is just bonkers.

        Visited last night with my family who are visiting and dont speak English very well. Young girl at the till what sounded like an American accent kept rolling her eyes and looking over her two collegues in a funny way as we were deciding what to buy in different language. Beyond rude and unprofessional. I wanted to leave but didnt want to ruin it for my family. Wont come back!
