This is probably the best branch of Costa in Milton Keynes purely because of the upstairs area and because the staff are nice and reasonably friendly. As a regular, they always know my drink before Ive even ordered. Only thing letting them down is the fact the upstairs area is always closed which is a real shame as the downstairs area is too small and cramped. Upstairs you can have your coffee and work away on the laptop in peace - but thats only when its actually open every blue moon. Overall, would recommend though as the staff are nice and dont have huge egos unlike other branches I could mention.

Adequate drinks, good service but poor cleanliness; all the cups and cutlery we were given were stained and water marked. Someone needs to run the dishwasher properly.
