They dropped my housing officer without sorting me out a new one and left me hanging. I will most likely have to start the process all over again now and wait another 2 months
When you call housing they don't even put you through to anyone they have to fill out a request so housing can get back to you.
This council is incompetent it needs to be publicly audited. The 170,000 salary the council leader gets is not justifiable for the poor leadership in the council.
In the accounting department they have a senior member of staff who's working there 15+ years and and she had no idea about her responsibilities in the role and delegated the work that was too hard for her to a new member of staff to do for her.
The whole place is a shambles
