I have used this space many times with various choirs and now my Gilbert and Sullivan occasional rehearsal space. It is great because it is so versatile. It has a separate large lobby area, with a small kitchen space, ideal for a separate break time, outside of the main worship area. The main worship area is very spacious, We used to meet with over 100 choir members. Plenty of chairs to use. There is a high stage area, which is their covered baptismal pool. Always been allowed the use of their piano/keyboard. So long as chairs are replaced to their 'church' arrangement they are very amenable. There is also a further hall at the back of the church with independent access for use by a second group or a bigger social area. Had a number of gatherings in there after shows at Stantonbury Theatre. Quiz events etc. Plenty of chairs and tables. There's a large kitchen in the shared middle space, used for the prep of homeless soup kitchen people. Never used this space but always looks very up to date and clean. 5 toilets all individual, including baby changing facility/disabled loo in a centre shared area that supports the lobby/church area and the back room space. Small cloakroom facility too. Easy access for wheelchair users. Entire facility on ground level. Both entrances have double doors and slide up for entry. Great car park space on the main church emtrance side. Used by school, health centre/dentist and leisure centre during the day but tonnes of space at night as most of those facilities are closed. The hiring team has always been very ameanable, providing you remember it's a church and completely tidy up after use and reset the church chairs. Warm, clean, large space, great access.
