    reheated food, everything was rubbery and dry. it's like they cooked last nights food in the microwave or something. My advice is dont preorder, wait until later at night when they actually cook the food properly.

    This place is amazing! Ordered last night for the first time and every dish was hitting the spot! Evey dish cooked perfectly! Staff are so kind and friendly, we love this place will definitely be ordering again! Thank you!

    I first found this restaurant during Covid and never had bad food, I frequently ordered from them. My bad review is for the poor service I received on the 19th March. I placed the order at 17.05 At 17.55 nothing had arrived so I called. I was told they would look into my order and call me back. I had to then call them back as nobody called. I was told they have found my order and was doing it. 5 minutes later I got a call to ask what I had ordered. "So, they wasnt doing it!" At 18.50 I called again to ask what was happening. I was told a lady had just left with my delivery. At 19.00 A MAN not a Lady delivered it. Nearly 2 hours after placing the order. Now, I thought the kind thing to do before leaving a bad review was to contact them and give them a chance to explain why it took so long. I said I can't fault your food and I understand mistakes happen, but why after the first hour I pointed out you had a order issue, why did you then take a further hour to solve it? 4 days have past now since i emailed them and I have had no response!!!! Will I use the Golden Palace again!! Sadly not after being ignored.
