        Had a test drive on the model Y ,loved the car ,then had Musa as my advisor, very informative & very helpful made my purchase a very easy and stressless transaction.Must say its never easy buying a new car but this was fantastic experience, thank you Tesla ,and big thank you Musa

        I never visited this store but I must have walked past so it's picked me for a review, well I hate electric cars and think it's a massive con so I give 1 star

        It used to be a customer-focused company but sadly lost its way. The user interface is deteriorating with each update and there is no way to provide feedback to the company. For example, right now the playback UI is messed up completely and there's no way to communicate the issue back to the company. There is literally no point of contact. The old feedback email address was taken down and the contact from in the customer portal only takes you to a number of FAQ articles.
