We approached Steve for a trade in on our current car to buying a new car that was already advertised at MK Motos. There was another potential customer wanting to buy the car we were interested online but Steve honoured the car to us, as we were there in person - which was a bonus for us! Had an acceptable amount for our trade in, and our new car was stamped with a recent service and released with a brand new MOT to get us up and running for the year. Steve is friendly, down to earth and very flexible to make sure you get your monies worth and I couldnt fault the whole buying process, especially from a female perspective. In the first few days, we noticed that a few electronic bits weren't working on the new car...BUT Steve got our car booked into a mechanic the following day with 75% of work completed that day. We're just waiting on a new part for the last bit to be completed. This could be taken negatively but it has been handled with compassion, care and overall really happy with our new car and service.

So happy to have been serviced by such honest and welcoming people. They made the process easy for us and assisted with the change of ownership. We also got the car with a full tank, insurance for the day and 3 months warranty all for free.
