First class service. We tried 3 different models of Dacia and got the correct vehicle to suit our requirements. The salesman Danny Marino was excellent, explained everything to our satisfaction and made the whole process of buying a new car most pleasurable. If you are looking for a new vehicle that does everything you want you'll not go wrong with a new Dacia. We have the Sandero Stepway, just what we wanted.

I already knew I wanted a Dacia from an earlier visit followed by some reading on Dacia cars . But we still ruled out other cars and garages . Why here ? Customer service ! We could park ( although blue badge parking was never possible due to other non blue badge cars) but we never had to wait for staff (Vauxhall were dire , Hyundai we never got spoken to despite it being empty ) we didnt get ignored ( Toyota- in preference to other customers !) both Joe and Ian who we spoke to listened to both of us and not just my husband . It was easy to contact them on the phone and if out ,someone else easily answered my query. Courteous phone calls from Joe to make sure everything was ok . The showroom itself was calm and quiet . Nothing worse than overwhelming noise when you are having discussions .other staff were keeping busy but again the calmness of this showroom and its staff stood above the many others . We were not rushed even when we appeared at 5.30 to sort the paperwork which took till after closing . We went looking for a Sandero or Duster but came away with the bigger car the Jogger as we already knew that couldnt be beaten on bootspace ( we need room for a string quartet !) very pleased with the car and handover but customer service so far is above and beyond what the other garages are managing . If I could give more stars then I would . Other garages could learn a lot from a visit here
