Absolutely no help what so ever during financial hardship (most of the country is going through this right now) so youd have thought theyd have put measures or plans in place to counter this and help their customers. Life turned upside down financially for me over the last 8 - 9 months and I could no longer afford my car with Audi so needed to either get rid or reduce payments. I phoned them to seek help but they offer no way to reduce payments or give the car back without incurring huge fees. I understand the reasons why but if you cant pay then you cant pay, money doesnt appear by magic when you wish for it. So instead of making life hard they could have just taken the car back and sold it on as we all know theyll take it back and sell it for nearly the same price you bought it for anyway. All the nonsense they spew out about were here to help and we offer multiple ways to help is just waffle. After talking to them several times I was basically told youll have to go into arrears and then well take the car back (repossess) and work out a payment plan for the remainder great! Cheers for that help. Weve all heard you took the finance on the car so its on you couldnt agree more with that statement in the right context however I didnt count on my new career suddenly coming to an abrupt end and being out of work for 6 months and having to start work in a new career from the beginning. This wasnt a buyers remorse situation it was a genuine life saying f**k you moment that I didnt foresee or plan for. Even when I offered to keep paying but reduced payments over a longer period they wouldnt budge. Ive also noticed Audi seem to inflate prices way more than other car brands and they seem to depreciate quicker as well so you get shafted from both ends, seems deliberate to trap you into the agreement. Other car brands Ive been with have been much, much more helpful and more willing to go out of their way to help, also the cars seemed to hold their value a lot better too e.g. Ford, Mercedes, Peugeot and Alfa Romeo. Theres making a profit and then theres taking the p**s. Long story short I would steer clear from Audi financial services at all costs.

Can see why there's alot of 1 stars. Held twice today both time for 30 minutes and still not even been able to speak to someone!! Can't advise on the service
