Awful tracker. It has failed so many times. I have had unit replaced and it still goes off. I end up with lots of alerts to my voicemail amd email. This is an awful product. I am so upset with this company.

The app is poor and doesnt function properly. They charge an annual fee however when the car was sold they will not refund any unused payment although the tracker and service is no longer being used. I would avoid and find a better rated service.

Fed up with the App not working. What's the point of it if it dosnt work and you don't know if your car I still where it should be. No phone number to contact them either and last time they told me that there was not enough signal from the car! It was sitting outside a BMW dealership who actually recommend it. Totally rubbish experience so far. Let's see what they say this time, when they get back to me within a day! Update - they have said basically nothing they can do to help. Have to email their technical dept! But they can see the car, the app is pointless. Don't waste your money, as you are paying only for when a theft occurs and if you are lucky the signal might be working on your car. That is not guaranteed. Update again still no response from them. They cleverly word it that they respond in 24 working hours. So 3 days.

So far total rubbish. Installed the TRACKSTAR 5 on a brand new M3 Comp and have received to date, - 7 automated voice alarm theft calls within 9 weeks. The fob is with the key. AVOID and use another system.

Useless company. Take your money, no refunds when you sell the car, cant pay by credit card and they insist on a direct debit so they can steal your money later on, never answer the phone, cant activate the device from abroad since they bar the SIM card when a customer sells h8s car and of course they dont refund any money or allow a transfer. Amazing companies like this still exist. Problem is BMW endorse the product, BMW - stop it!
