I successfully completed the NLP Practitioners course with Mike on a 1-2-1 basis and I found him a pleasure to work with. His skills, knowledge and experience are excellent and I found him inspirational and sincere. He has helped me to consider alternative ways of looking at things and encouraged me to explore new avenues, and language patterns, which will become more apparent over the days and weeks ahead. Mike is a great coach and mentor, who challenged my thinking and the thinking of my business. He didn't always do it with tact and diplomacy, but I didn't need tact and diplomacy. Impact! I think that is the best word I could use to explain what Mike Sweet did for me as my coach. He made an impact! I have always been a little bit cautious of coaches as I always felt they just told me what I wanted to hear and did not really challenge me or dissect my decisions to help me break through challenges. Mike is different. Mike asked me the uncomfortable questions and encouraged me when I was stalling in a way that was empowering.
