Did drive 40min to here to getbirems, as it was showing online in stock 11items, come down only 1, waist of fuel and time! Very disappointed!

I found the store manager rude and intimidating when trying to make a legitimate return i quote " give him a refund before I .... "

Terrible Click and Collect experience. I placed my order at 4:10pm and received an email, and also a text message 7 minutes later to confirm that my order is ready for collection and on the email it tells me the store is open until 8:00pm. I arrive at the store at 6:45pm to be told that the area of the store where my items are kept is 'usually locked up for the day' by this time. The Manager then came over and said that the forklift is on charge now, and he is the only forklift driver and cannot leave the shop floor anyway, so I should come back another day. I told him that I only ordered with Wickes due to the click and collect availability, and that the email should not say the items are ready if the store is unable to offer them. The Manager told me he has no involvement with the web team and was pretty disinterested. A shrug of the shoulders was all he could offer as he leant on the counter. He is certainly not managing customer expectations or satisfaction well. Customer services were no better after asking for the same details on the order again, despite them processing it, and then taking 4 days to get back to me and offering no explanation of the stores actions. The refund is now processed. I will not be using this store, or probably Wickles again. I get the impression they couldnt care less anyway.

I have given my Kitchen project with Wickes, honestly speaking please dont ever approach Wickes for any kind of project or renovation. They just dont know what they are doing. They are not cheap and the same time the products are not really great . The quality is not really great. When you approach them with the issues, they will give very tough time for us and dont help us at all. Spiros the Store manager is Wickes, he dont respect the customer. When you talk to him , he pretend to be busy and dont listen to our conversation and walk away. If we question about his behaviour , he will say you can go and complain about me. If I complain about Spiros, the management wont take any actions as they dont have any evidence. I have reached the CEO executive still no one can do anything about the behaviour issue. Overall please avoid this Bletchley Wickes branch else you will feel later.
