Awful. Never seems to be enough staff. Manager stands around not doing anything even when busy. Last time they just forgot to make my order, no apologies just laughter. Hiring children will do that. Unbelievable.

Served line of customers ahead of us then said they were closed at 3:21pm on a Sunday and turned everyone left away, disappointed.

I've had a mixture of experiences here, which is why I'm giving only 3 stars. The first time I went the girl was lovely and very helpful. The second time the service was ok, not good but not terrible either, maybe couldn't been a bit more friendly. Third time, the guy messed up my drink, which I didn't realise until I got home, he barely acknowledged me and was extremely slow. My drink in the end tasted like straight milk, instead of the vanilla and coconut that I ordered, I guess he forgot to add the powder, which was a waste of money. This time the tapioca balls were hard and clumped together in a huge ball (the picture is after I'd attempted to break up the balls); where the balls had been quite hot (by the look of the steam when the girl serving put it in the cup), the drink was now barely cold. If I ever do go back I'll just order a fruit drink, which they don't seem to mess up, unlike the milk drinks which are constantly hit and miss.
