Kiera was so helpful and friendly. I found my dream dress in less than an hour. Shes amazing and would highly recommend her lovely shop for your dream dress.

I called ahead to make the appointment and the lady I spoke to on the phone was very helpful and lovely. She let me know on the day her colleague would be at the shop for us. On arrival the lady welcomed us but that was about as nice as it got. The dresses were fine, the shop itself was smaller than I thought it would be and than the other 2 I had already been to. But the way the lady spoke to me and my sister was really insulting. I wear a high street size 16 so had been trying on dresses in other places in a size 18 fine. On arriving at the store she said there wasn't really many I could try on and was given 4 to try. She asked me what size dresses I had been trying and I said 18 she replied with "oh really?!" In a really shocked way. She asked me if I wanted a dress that came out and was bigger (poofy) so I could hide myself. She repeatedly told me I'd left shopping too late and there wasn't anything they could do really. I hadn't herd this from either of the 2 stores I had been two in the last 24 hours. She also told me the shop down the road stocked dresses for bigger people and they stocked normal sizes and they didn't like to tread in their toes by stocking any big sizes. I was so shocked I didn't even say anything I just nodded along. My sister and I were in the shop around 15 mins and we were both so uncomfortable we just wanted to leave, and as we left both looked at each other and said "wow that was so rude, I can't believe that just happened". This was the third store I had visited and the other 2 never made me feel the way the lady in this shop did. If I hadn't had such a good experience that morning at a different shop I think this would have had me in tears thinking there would be nothing out there for me. I don't normally post bad reviews but the fact I still think about this experience and it's been a month I feel I should. Be that for the management to be aware of the experience I had or to save someone else who is my size going and having the same experience. I am sure other people have had good experiences, and I am not sure if she meant to be so rude or if she didn't realise she was doing it, but for me this was the worst experience I have had while planning my wedding, and I wouldn't recommend.
