I have been very impressed with Merit Blinds. Bridget was very helpful explaining which product would best suit and samples came quickly. Prices and delivery times were very competitive. Unfortunately the delivery date coincided with the beginning of the Covid lock down and Luxaflex closed up shop. Bridget, however, remained in close contact with us and when the blinds had not materialised after several weeks she gave us a refund without hesitation. Really excellent service from Merit Blinds we look forward to resuming with them when the industry starts up again.

I had a LOT of queries and Merit Blinds were extremely patient with me and answered all my questions & queries and even provided advice. Blinds arrived and they fit perfectly and are of excellent quality. Buy with confidence and I would certainly use them again. Thanks

I needed a blind repairing and the service could not have been better. They went over and above , as it wasnt a usual connection they had to personalise one especially for me. Im so impressed Ill definitely be using them for my new home.

Wed been looking for total blackout blinds for ages. So glad to have found these; they were easy to fit, theyre simple to open and close and importantly, they look good. Very happy with the products, the packaging and delivery.
