Lee is an absolute legend! My partner and I came in to find a helmet and get some advice on our new hobby. Lee approached us and was so helpful. Between me moaning about having a head like a pea mushroom hybrid, insisting on a plain black helmet that complimented said bobble head and bombarding him with every question possible about padded cycling pants he went out of his way to help me, and find/fit the perfect helmet. Really friendly, genuine person and fantastic advice too. Been to a couple of bike shops since and none of them touch this one! Thank you Lee!!!

We ordered bike online after checking it in store as they didn't have right size. We been told it will be in shop in next 2-3 days. We collected it after 3 weeks. Apparently it was problem with supplier. After arriving in the shop guys where helpful with adjusting height of seat. But no light reflectors where on, had to put it on myself at home. Also they didn't have right mudguards in stock. We been offered to take something what suits all bikes, but after we just didn't liked it. All in all guys are helpful.
