I went to the shop last week for online order refund, the refund amount was wrong but Claire insisted she was right and couldnt be bothered to know the difference. In the end I decided to go back to the shop again to return the rest of the order so I could have the full refund.
That day I also bought some products in the shop and she accused me using those for the online return.
I went back to bodyshop again today to return the rest of the order, Claire pretended to call the customer service but it was a prank! It turned out she didnt refund the products at all! I ended up calling customer service to sort it out myself! I will never go back to this shop again, very very poor service!!
