Tried to use a Boots e-voucher but it wouldn't scan. Sue came over, and without even looking at the voucher, said that "anything on a phone can't be used, this is a directive from head office".
When she couldn't explain the reason any further, she said "this applies to all Boots stores, anywhere". I doubted this so I went to the Boots in Kingston and what do you know, they scanned it no problem.
Train your managers better, Boots.
