Welcoming from the start. Mama Mary and Lady Tweedy. They've been doing this for years. My nails are always on point. Would not go anywhere else.

Booked an appointment for 2:30 and was made to wait over half an hour. No apology given nor did they seem to care that I was annoyed. Will not be using them again.
