The House of Hair - Milton Keynes

This is the most horrible salon I have ever been to. I get that you need to trust the stylist sometimes, but I got nothing from what I asked for. She put black dye on my roots stating that she is getting my hair ready to be bleached next time. Call me crazy, but that is not getting hair ready to be bleached, when black hair dye will make that process much harder. Services: Gloss or Glaze, Hair coloring

Today booked a appointment for 10 am for a trim arrived on time was sat down and 20 minutes later still waiting asked receptionist why I have no hairdresser she informed me my styles is running late. I had no apology and was told I only needed to wait another 5 minutes. 20 minutes later I was having my hair trimmed so total 40 minutes waiting time. Oh I informed styles I am a hairdresser and after cut each time I had to show him that the sides was not blended in hairdresser term this happen twice this guy had over 10 years experience. Advice go and get retrained to blend hair = basic skill as for receptionist look after clients and have basic care and inform clients running late not the client left waiting passed the appointment time. Oh one star was given I wanted zero star but was not allowed
