After I had a bad experience with a treatment at another salon, I looked at Agota's work and knew I had to book with her. After my treatment today , I cannot tell you how happy I am with the results. Agora was professional, courteous and talked me through what she was doing, she is a perfectionist. 5 star service ! Thank you :)

I reached out to Agota looking for eyelash extensions. While at my consultation we also discussed brow lamination, to which i booked for both. As Agota didn't have availability for both on the same day, I went in two consecutive days. As my first time with her I asked questions to make me feel at ease with my treatments. Unfortunately the lamination looked messy and hair dye tinted hairs that weren't meant to be tinted. The following day when I went in for my eyelash extensions from the moment I walked in she was very rude and grumpy. Being quite new to eyelash extension I just needed reassurance that it was the right length/volume for me, but instead I got huffing and puffing. Agota complained that she was back to back and needed a break. To which I had just asked if she could fix my lamination from the night before, now that the tinted hairs were visible. She then also snapped at me when my card didn't work to which it looked like it was her card machine that failed initially. I would also add that we had 2hrs 30mins booked for treatment and I never made her go over this time. The eyelashes were lovely, they didn't last very long unfortunately, but I am mainly disappointed at the customer service. I went in for treatments to feel relaxed and came out more stressed than when i went in. My suggestion would be to allow for extra time if worried about taking break in between clients, especially when new clients that want to understand the way you work. Mistreating clients is unacceptable.
