Beautiful salon but very poorly managed and its such a shame. Ive had 4 or 5 treatments of gel nails. 2 or 3 of my appointments have been cancelled or rescheduled at short notice by the salon. Staff were opening moan about management and each other in front of customers. It doesnt give a great impression and it didnt feel like anyone was happy working there. I know several people that have said the same. There are many nail bars in Stony Stratford so Ive got plenty of choice. If Stunning Beauty Co wants to succeed it needs to up its game. Until then - I will be using another nail bar. P.S. Annie was lovely (sad to hear she has left).

I ordered a Groupon voucher for my daughter to be used together as treat - a massage and facial. Firstly, we couldnt book in together as they didnt have enough staff, even though the voucher was for two people. We therefore booked in individually, a week apart. On the day of the first appointment we called ahead to make them aware we were 2-3 mins away as we had trouble parking only to be told that the person doing the treatment has decided the day before to take a days holiday and didnt she call? No, she did not. Shocking communication and customer service. Definitely wont be rearranging or booking another treatment. Service: Massage

The salon itself is a lovely space and the products used are of a good quality, what let's it down is the customer service/culture and inconsistency of service provided. I've had a package with the salon which is of great value, however I've now cancelled due to my experiences. The staff never acknowledge you when you walk in, they also openly moan in front of customers about other customers they have coming in, and each other. I get the impression that no one enjoys working there. I've had multiple manis, pedis and removals from there and the quality of each has varied, sometimes it seems that the staff just can't be bothered and want you gone ASAP. This doesn't create a nice environment as a customer, hence I've cancelled my package. It's a shame as the salon is lovely and I believe the staff are good at what they do, but the staff that work there just don't seem happy which creates an unpleasant environment as a customer. I'd rather pay more and feel welcomed elsewhere.

I love this place! I have the platinum membership so I get nails, pedi, lashes, brows and sunbeds plus more for a monthly fee. Its easy to book online and they are always flexible if I need to change my appointments. Lashes are super fast! All the girls are really friendly and professional. Also lovely location with tea room opposite so its great if you want a pamper day out in Stony Stratford. Services: Tanning, Eyebrow shaping, Eyelash extensions, Pedicure, Eyebrow beautification, Manicure
