I went in there and it was fine. As soon as they started on my nails the man who did it kept sneezing in his hand, pieces of dandruff falls onto my nails. As soon as I put one hand in the machine I moved my hand and it messed up the nails the man started getting mad at me. I asked for a heart on my nails and they failed to even make a heart they didnt even make it even, and as soon as he finished the nails another employee started laughing at me and my nails because of how atrocious they looked, they also kept speaking in their language while staring at me.

I booked in with a friend to have a pedicure Assuming wed be done together. But unfortunately we wasnt. They was short staffed so felt very rushed, didnt even cut my nails down. When the man told us to sit down and put our feet in the water they still had wet towels there from previous customers, so I asked for Fresh towels ( this should be done automatically). My first experience with them was fantastic a young lady called Astra was amazing so this is why I went back. But it was certainly a different experience the second time. Service: Pedicure
