Always get great service at our bank. Just wish they hadnt closed the Bletchley branch.

I had a very bad experience with one of the staff member from Santander. She was rude and belittling to me and my co worker. We work in the center MK and she came into our store and ask for center discount. I had to tell her we couldnt honour it because Santander is not part of the Center Mk but The Intu bit. I explained it to her and she told me I had an attitude. I asked my manager and all we said was we are cracking down on it and she called us rude. She belittled my manager and gave us attitude. She was in uniform and showed us her Santander badge for the discount. We didnt expect another customer service based person to be this rude. Scoffing at us and giving us attitude for not giving her discount. Santander please highlight where they can and cannot get discount. If she comes back in with that attitude we will not service her. It should be other customer service retailers supporting each other not behaving like this.
