No problems but not alot of staff. What think is disgraceful is there closing this branch on 29 June 2023. It's all very well to say go to MK but there is a 10 minute walk from the bus stop. Not everyone can do that walk. I know you can use apps etc but when your pin is blocked you HAVE to go to a bank ATM only otherwise cards are NOT unlocked or change pin.

No wonder this branch is closing - the service is terrible. One machine wouldnt accept the pay-in option at all and the other wouldnt process cheques. Only one member of staff at the counter and a queue of about nine people waiting to be served. Wasted most of my lunch break doing this and now going to have to go to the Leighton Buzzard branch instead.

Went in bletchley natwest to deposit some cash quickly in the cash deposit machines, both machines were out of service, so queued up in line for customer desk (one desk open), person in front was being seen but was taking ages, waited over 30 minutes to be seen still no luck with long queue forming behind me, saw one of the deposit machine was fixed so quickly went there, after trying four times to deposit the cash the machine still couldn't read the notes, so gave up and didn't bother to queue up again. What a waste of time!

Id recommending avoiding this branch unless you want to be in the presence of a staff member (apparently practically branch manager if they had one, which I found very hard to believe) with a seriously vile and miserable attitude. Not wanting to assist with anything without making snide remarks, being rude towards her colleague in front of customers and then proceeds to be rude to another customer all in the space of about 15 minutes. Rather than act professionally and accountable for her actions when confronted, she completely denied all accusations of poor customer service and being awful to deal with as well as acting extremely unprofessionally, Ive never seen anything like it! Cant assist customers efficiently, cant take any accountability for having a vile attitude and cant act professional and handle complaintssome people really should NOT work in customer facing roles! Other Lady working on the counter at the time (didnt catch names) was extremely polite and friendly, even after being snapped at by her colleague in front of customers. Definitely the right kind of person to interact with customers!
