        ATM machines motors seized and took my MasterCard. It was a new Metal Card. I went back to the branch the next day to collect the card but they couldn't return it to me. Even though their machine was the issue. The card wasn't siezed for dubious purposes. So not impressed with the services recieved even though I am a Barclays Bank holder for 10+ years. Really put my out of my way not having a card untill my new one is delivered...maybe put a note on the machine if it's so old...
