        Customer service from the bank manager absolutely disgusting... didn't speak to me but whispering and talking about me accused me of pinching money without speaking to me ... judgmental rude and made me feel so uncomfortable infront of Customers ... discrimination at its finest bank manager is someone called faye avoid her

        This place is a disgrace. The cashiers are worse than useless. They closed one of my accounts without warning, I went into the branch to find out why and the cashier was clearly in over her head, didn't have a clue, but promised to find out and call me back. I haven't heard a word since. My advice,Do not use this branch.

        Diabolical service. It just gets worse. Lloyds used to be a decent bank, not any longer. Disenfranchised from their customers to the point they don't know what a customer is. Can only put it down to useless management.
